“La Fontana” is a 250 square metre villa with pool in the village of Casoli, near Camaiore, in the province of Lucca, Tuscany.  

It has two sitting rooms, a dining room, three double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), a large bathroom with basin, bath, bidet and wc, a small toilet with basin, wc and shower, a store room/laundry, and a kitchen.

There is a back garden, with access from the kitchen, with a large, covered  terrace with barbecue, and table and seating for eight to ten people. 

At the front of the house is another terrace with  table and chairs for four people and a boule court.  On the first floor, with access from the first floor sitting room, is another terrace with table and chairs for four to six people.
